I never tire of painting Blue Stilton – every slice is different and the lovely veining always adds interest. I picked up the brass jug from an antiques fair recently. It is slightly tarnished and has a few dents in it which all add to its character. The wine glass has a lovely cut glass pattern in it which creates interest and my small round cheeseboard and bone handled knife complete the painting.
