A little word play on the popular drink of Port and Lemon. This was my wife’s ‘go to’ drink many moons ago. The glasses here however are filled with Port only, Cockburn’s Special Reserve. They are sherry glasses I have had for many years but equally suited to Port. Lemons always add brightness to any composition and never fail to look attractive.
