The blue bowl complemented the yellow of the lemons and has a lovely pattern on it which I love to paint. As a contrast I chose a cloth with a geometric pattern and fairly washed out colours. For those of you who have not tried Limoncello it is an Italian light liqueur made from lemons and well worth sampling sometime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The painting has been framed for exhibition purposes and is shown below.
