Size unframed:<\/strong> 38cm x 33cm<\/p>\n\n\n\n Price:<\/strong> SOLD<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n I intended this to be more of a classic still life, perhaps reminiscent of the old Dutch Masters. I wanted the lighting to be fairly subdued but casting a gentle warm light on to the fruit. The background and table were deliberately kept dark in order to concentrate the viewers eye on to the fruit. I love to place a piece of half cut fruit into the composition to add interest. I was very pleased with the final painting overall and especially pleased with the grapes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The painting has been framed for exhibition purposes and is shown below. It is available framed and ready to hang.
