This subject matter always seems popular and I love painting Blue Stilton.  No two pieces are ever the same with its infinite variety of veining.  The wine I chose was a 2016 Saint-Emilion Grand Cru from the Bordeaux region.  The old red book is called &#8216;Heroes All &#8211; Gallant Deeds of the War&#8217; by Edgar Wallace.
