The attractive wicker basket is a favourite of mine with its twisted handle. Fruit looks so good in it so I decided to paint some red apples and red grapes. A glass of wine was added for extra interest as was the half cut apple. The blue patterned vase is an old favourite of mine which you will see make an appearance in several of my paintings.
