Blue Stilton and Edam feature in this painting together with red grapes and wine. I used one of my household wine glasses which has an attractive green ringed stem which I thought might look nice against the red of the grapes. This was the first time I had painted this style of glass so it was quite challenging. The Edam does not really have much texture, but of course it does have a lovely red rind.

This painting has been framed for exhibition purposes and is shown below.
